For the purpose of order processing, invoicing, payment handling, and license key issuance, I work with a business partner acting as an independent Data Controller:

  • issuing the final invoice,
  • generating and delivering the license key to the customer.

Financial transactions are concluded directly between the customer and Valér Mikó.

  • Billing address: country, city, postal code, street, house number
  • For corporate customers: tax number

No payment card or financial details are processed on this website.

  2. Payment and invoicing - Your data is transferred to Valér Mikó S.P., who issues invoices and receives payments.
  3. License generation and delivery - Your email address and order data are used to generate and deliver the purchased license key.
  4. Record keeping - Both data controllers retain transaction records as required by Hungarian accounting and tax law.

The legal basis for data processing is:

  • Performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b))
  • Compliance with legal obligations such as invoicing requirements (GDPR Article 6(1)(c))
