The following Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase and use of software products (“Software”) available on rolcsi.hu.

1. License

1.1. By purchasing a license key, you obtain the right to use one copy of the Software with its full functionality.

1.2. The purchase also entitles you to access all future updates and versions of the same Software at no additional cost.

1.3. The license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and valid for a single installation or environment, unless otherwise stated.

2. Distribution, Payment, and Delivery

2.1. To ensure proper financial administration and timely delivery, the distribution and transactional tasks related to the Software (invoicing, payment handling, and license key generation) are performed by: Mikó Valér Sole Proprietor located at Gáspár Zoltán Street 5, 6723 Szeged, Hungary.

2.2. After submitting an order and completing the payment, the invoice and the license key will be issued and delivered by the above distribution partner to the email address you provided.

3. Software Usage and Testing

3.1. The Software has been tested in real-world environments and is intended to operate reliably under normal usage conditions.

3.2. However, due to differences in hardware, system configuration, software versions, and user environments, the performance and stability of the Software cannot be guaranteed in every possible scenario.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.2. The service provider is not liable for:

  • Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the software, including but not limited to
  • Incompatibility issues or malfunctions caused by the operating system, hardware, or other software.

4. User Responsibility and Disclaimer of Liability

4.1. Developer and the distribution partner excludes all liability in the following cases:

  • Improper use of the license key.
  • Issues arising from incorrect or inaccurate information provided by the buyer.
  • Unauthorized access by third parties to the buyer’s email account or stored data.
  • Errors arising from improper installation or use of the software.

4.2. The Software is used entirely at your own risk.

4.3. Neither the developer nor the distribution partner shall be liable for any damages or inconveniences arising from the installation or use of the Software, including but not limited to hardware failures, data loss, downtime, loss of revenue, or any other material or immaterial damages.

4.4. You are solely responsible for verifying system compatibility, maintaining backups, and ensuring safe operational procedures.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate availability of license keys, all sales are final and non-refundable.

5.2. Refunds may be considered only if the license key has not yet been delivered.

6. Privacy

6.1. Personal data required for processing your order is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on this website.

6.1. Billing and license-related data are processed by the distribution partner listed above.

7. Governing Law

7.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hungary.

7.2. Any legal disputes shall be resolved before the competent Hungarian courts.
